CARDV Mother's Day Run/Walk for Safe Families

Proceeds from the event benefit the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence. Funds raised are used to sustain CARDV's shelter program, advocacy services to victims of domestic and sexual violence, and CARDV's community education program.

Walk for Water: Ethiopia

On May 19, people just like you will come to the Benton County Fairgrounds to undertake a meaningful journey: Walking the same distance that countless women and children in developing nations must travel to bring water to their families each day. Sponsored by Corvallis-Gondar Sister Cities Association, all proceeds from this 5K walk will go to their counterparts in Gondar, Ethiopia to help build more wells. The goal of this event is to raise $10,000.

This event supports Parent Enhancement Program of Corvallis.
Come to the fairgrounds and participate in the run/walk, or at least some pancakes. The library book sale and farmers' market will be there, too. Don't miss out on the fun :)

Spring for Kids 2k 5k 10 k
This run/walk supports Corvallis Public Schools Foundation, which supports our local public schools. Look for our office's tent at the event. Heresco Chiropractic will be at the event passing out runner's charms to all kids who are participating (uber-cool adults may claim one too!)

Shufflin' for Shawna- 10K and 1K Family Fun Run

Join us as we "Shuffle for Shawna!" This is our grass roots effort to support Shawna and her family with an event that gathers the community and gives her the momentum she needs to keep fighting. On Saturday March 24th at MLK Park will be a free family fun run (@ 9:30am) and 10k benefit run (starts @ 10am) that we hope will help offset Shawna's ever-increasing medical expenses as she continues on in her battle against cancer.
