Our physicians and staff are committed to assisting individuals improve their health and wellness through a NEW educational and motivational program called INDIVIDUAL TRIUMPHS-fondly referred to as the IT Program. The IT Program focuses on small changes and 'baby' steps throughout the year, to make 2010 a Miracle Year of Wellness.

2. You can earn an additional entry by participating in various monthly action-packed workshops at Heresco Chiropractic. Topics on the suggestion board are: Cooking Demonstration, Cooking with Kids, Dancing in the Streets- a Zumba introduction, How to Stay Young Your First 100 Years, Walking 101, Running 101, Your Gear- what you need and need to know to begin a walking or running program...
